Ordered a Smartphone (Redmi note 10 S) of value 13,999/- from Amazon on 21st of October 2021. Received the box on 23rd October 2021. On opening the box, found box of pins instead of the smartphone. Bill invoice with it has a serial number & IMEI number of the device which I should have received. Requested Amazon to refund or replace with a smartphone, the say “cannot refund or replace it as there investigation record say item was delivered intact”.
