I ordered a Rs. 3099/- logitech webcam and got a cheap plastic watch in my package. Firstly delivery executive didn’t delivered my order properly to me at the specified address and delivered it to someone else randomly, secondly, it turned out to be a cheap plastic watch and thirdly the return shipment was also cancelled thrice without any reason. On calling amazon all I got was false assurances from amazon executives that the pickup will be done next time. I am bearing a lot as a consumer because of Amazon’s improper and irresponsible service and not being provided any resolution on the same but mental torture. They are just making me wait more and more rather than understanding my concern. I have to call them everytime and a new execuitive picks up and I have to spend a lot of time explaining the same issue everytime and leading me nowhere near to a resolution or my money back. I am not at all satisfied with the Amazon service and I am feeling completely being fooled and cheated as a consumer.
