I ordered for a Racold 25L Storage Geyser Eterno 2 under PayTm order no. 4953226808 dated 11 April, 2018 for an amount of INR 11,399 but instead of Eterno 2 model, Altro 2 was delivered on 18th April, 2018 which is a much cheaper model than the one I ordered for. I raised several complaints to you via PayTm customer care but the matter was ignored.
