Text of Complaint by Karan Chawla:

I ordered a mobile phone (Itel Power 700) on 10 Oct which was delivered on 14 Oct. Sadly I received a completely different model (Itel Power 900) from which I ordered so I immediately raised a return request on 14 Oct itself. Their timeline for pickup is 15 days but it’s been more than a month and the product has not been picked yet and I’m still waiting for my refund. I tried to connect with customer support team multiple times over chat and call but got no help.

Now comes the turn of scam done by them. I raised a ticket (Request ID 698510497860) on 28 Oct and another ticket (Request ID 699684703831) on 11 Nov regarding same concern. Their timeline for ticket resolution is 3-5 days but i didn’t get any response on either of these tickets till now and surprisingly both the tickets have vanished from my account and i can’t see them now.

On calling the customer support team they said that images are not clear so share them again. I then raised the concern on mail tagging next level of escalation, the head of customer support department on 22 Nov attaching all the relevant images, videos and screenshots on which i received another ticket ID 700668822384. I received a text msg today i.e. 27 Nov that your ticket has been resolved but neither I received any revert on mail and nor that ticket is visible in my account. I chased the company and called the customer support team again to ask what your team has replied because I don’t see it anywhere. They again said that images are not clear so share them again.

The images are very much clear and shows that wrong product has been delivered but they are harrassing me and testing my patience by asking to share images again and again.

Please help me to get the issue resolved and stop suffering this harassment.
