Text of Complaint by Kavyashree:

Wrong item was delivered on September 13, 2021 and i was assured of Rs. 100 promo to be credited. Since then i have been asking zomato customer support executive of it and i was assured that within 24-48 hours my promo will be credited. it has 22 days and still i haven’t received my promo. They are being so irresponsible and negligent that they don’t worry about customers problems.
