Hi, I am Sainath. I have ordered for Adidas Alphabounce Slides on 26th June. I have received my package on 30th June and i have seen that the product is misplaced and I have return requested at the moment on 30th June itself. its been 4 days no one has come to pickup so I have called the costumer care and they say that if the wrong product is delivered we have to inform within 24 hours and they say it is in their return policy and since I am busy I couldn’t contact. even though I have raised the return requested through the app. after all the proofs I have given they refuse to refund my amount and the product is not yet picked up. please help me out with this. I am going to attach the required pics. please go through them and take action . Thankyou!
