I ordered on swiggy from globo ice cream .. I ordered dry fruit ice cream n another of chocolate..
After receiving wrong food I asked delivery executive about it he said he gave what he picked up from store..
After that I complaint in swiggy through app as well as on call but they refused n ignored me..
Asked me to just rate the restaurant n mail them..
Why should I mail when it’s clear in pics I uploaded..
Every time when we make pre payment online they always take us for granted n make us suffer…
