We booked a WizTab on 25th September through Phonepe. But we received a Prata phone on 20th Spetember. But now we are unable to return the product. There are not picking up ‘re calls and even mail address is wrong. We got it from patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi- 110092.
Our order no. is 15D8332270 from express courier.
We either need a replacement or refund of our money.
