In my last invoice generated on 5th June there was Rs 1048 unnecessary charges & when i check the itemized billing, it was charged for ISD which was never happen in many years but they not ready to accept that it was wrongly charged & one more thing, on the same time another local call is also charged on the same time & how can be possible that on the same time two calls details are reflecting on same time.
