Airtel service center located at ambattur near opposite of canara bank .there is a person a employee give me a wrong information about postpaid plan and sold me that number by saying it’s 300 per month but that actual plan is 590 around some thing. It’s been two months but this number is not in use and i no need this number but iam paying for it . this is not I expect from Airtel .even though it is an individual persons mistake Airtel should take responsibility and take action on this.
