I’ve booked a flight on makemytrip in the name of Mr. Sumit Singh from delhi to london via frankfurt on 7th july and return london to delhi via munich layover by 27th july and the ticket is non refundable, air india+lufthansa airline . While discussing the booking with their executive team member, i’ve asked him about visa and he said london visa is required only and at that time we had valid london visa but on the day of boarding the airport authorities refused the customer to board the flight because as per them customer should have Schengen visa for transit. Wrong information given to us because of which our flight was missed. Amount was rs 69819/-.
Please help us with this as its not a small amount to let go and we also got our hotel booking cancelled which amounts to rs 25000/- and it ws also non refundable.
