Text of Complaint by Sandeep:

I booked a hotel in Oyo 10108 Tag House Pune for 14th Aug to 16th Aug but was not allowed to check in because the hotel had ended its contract with Oyo. However, Makemytrip made me stand and wait for alternative hotel for 1.5 hours and never called back despite multiple calls to their customer service. Finally, they said it has been escalated to higher management and they will call you in 20 minutes. It has been 12 days since and no email or call. I called today on 26th August and still I got the same response from Makemytrip. Besides ruining my vacation, they caused me lot of mental harassment over customer care calls by putting me on long holds with no resolution and blatant lies.
