Hi,

I have been raising this compliant from the past 2 weeks regarding the wrong food delivered. Actually, I had ordered 2 chicken dry but I got chicken gravy from the Birayani zone restaurant which we couldn’t eat it and I had asked for a refund in this case and I got a refund for 1 on Zomato wallet which I didn’t wanted because I will never order on Zomato again. No proper response from Zomato customer care people after raising a complaint. I don’t know what’s wrong with Zomato guys..

Now I need a refund for 2 items which is 480rs, 240rs each + 2 weeks of time waste, cheating from Zomato and insulted as this was my party. I need this refund to my original payment mode not in Zomato wallet.
