I have vegetable biryani at Manoj Bhavan in Ramapuram, Chennai.
But received the wrong item. It seems Mushroom Biryani and very stink. I’m pure vegetarian.
I have contacted customer support. They didn’t respond properly over the chat. I have given all the details including uploaded the photo of the item. But executive has told to send an email, will get resolution after 10-12 hours. Instead of typing, they put automatic replies. Finally, they closed the chat. Twice I connected. No use. Again he closed the chat. Again I called up swiggy customer care. He heard all the details and asked me hold for a while and put the music.. I waited for a longtime. Later he also told to send an email. I have told to send any executive to take back the food or see the wrong food. But refused. Nearly one hour wasted.. I was hungry.. They refused to refund the amount
