My car is standing at home (MP-04 EA 0154) in MP however my fastag toll has been deducted today twice in different toll plaza’s at vadodra.
This is not first time i have raised complaint with Paytm mutiple times as this is happening since long.
I need strong actions to be taken against issues i.e. Paytm to resolve this issue permanently and issue me refund as compensation for inconvenience as unnecessary deduction will cause me issue in future when actual deductions need to be done.
Attached fastag transaction detail from paytm deducted incorrectly.
