Hi
I Ordered a Fast Tag from Patm on 30-11-2019. I received a Fast tag with no with iD 30242512 but Fast tag id linked to my Paytm account is 30242510.
Due to this on 9-2-2020 ; 115INR was deducted wrongly on my account at LUHARLI toll plaza.
On 10-2-2020 I raised 2 tickets with paytm support
1)for refund of 115 INR
2)Mismatch of fast tag id linked to paytm account
I have provide all documents like fats tag photo, RC book photo, Car number photo , App screenshot of wrong id , RC book.
Ticket 1 of refund was resolved and got refund on 19-02-2020
But Ticket 2 is Still not reolved even after 1 month,
I have called customer care more than 8 time and escalated to highest associate of customer care and every time they say your issue is highlighted at highest level and will replace tag ASAP.
Even though a replacement tag is created as per the Oder status i have not received replaced fast tag.
Very frustrated with Patm as even after acknowledgment by the patm of wrong fast tag delivered they have not deactivated a wrong id mapped nor delivered the new one ; and my account still deduted 2nd time for 115 INR wrongly.
please help
