I was a long time user of Vodaphone where I was facing a bit difficulty regarding my internet speed and tower available.

So I thought of shifting to Airtel

which I did 4 to 5 days back expecting a much better service basis the advertisement.

But I would like to state that this is even worse than what I had from Vodaphone it’s pathetic as in the entire day neither I get more than 1 single tower and internet speed is far off if you have only 1 tower how would you expect to even think of running anything on net.

I am a AGM in a leading Bank and if it’s not resolved within the next couple of days then I would have to take up the matter to the next level where being at this level I know how to get a solution.

So hope that Airtel being a renowned brand will bring things back on track for me.
