Text of Complaint by Vijay Palasiya:

Dhani freedom executive called me one day as post downloading the app I didn’t completed my KYC.

she clearly told me that the subscription fee is payable only once in your whole life time.

I have recordings.

Now after one month these people are calling me again and again and saying that I need to pay my dues.

Let me provide an example:

As per dhani freedom card details were explaining, if you use 3000 rs. One 12th dec. 2021 then .. you have to pay it in 3 EMI’s. One will be on the same day or next day like 12th or 13th of dec. 2021, next will be 12th Jan. 2022, and the last will be 12th Feb 2022.
But to get any credit limit you have to pay 825 rs. (Depends on your credit limit).

I have paid 825 rs. In Nov. And I used the credit limit of 3000 rs.

Now there are saying me .. instead of 1000 rs. Per month I have to pay 1825 rs. Per month. That’s clearly cheating and expansion of business with lies.
