Hi,

Name of product: Eureka Forbes. Superb UTC RO+UV+TasteGuard 8 L RO+UV

Date of purchase : 26-04-2019

Date of Delivery:02-05-2019

Date of lodging complaint- 04-05-2019

Invoice amount:Rs 23799/-

The delivery was done by Gati ( Detail photo attached) on 2nd .  Complaint was lodged with Paytmmallcare on 4th May for delivery of wrong product . After opening the package it was seen that the delivery happened for KENT water purifier dummy unit.  There has been multiple mail exchanges with and they keep saying they are working without providing any actual resolution by taking back the item and refunding the amount. They keep asking for information like model number and serial number of delivered product when it is clear from photo that the brand itself is different.
