I had ordered 2 gowns for Rs. 999 + 100 shipping from doublesarees.com and instead i have got 3 simple sarees. The customer complaint number is always busy. And their returns option on the website is not working.

I had had 4 kurtis of ₹999+₹100.but I got 3bad sarees,so please help for return policy
