I have ordered puma x Ray 2 Square sneakers for men through flipkart application with Id 8299767015, email [email protected]
I have ordered product on 25 March and delivered on 27 March. My order ID Is OD224505719483332000 .
The product which Is delivered to me is not the same product as shown in the flipkart application.
I contact with the option given as contact us section in flipkart they said me that my issue will be resolved by 30 March but no response given to me. I try to request for call but flipkart not responding to me. I want refund for my complaint. I am mentally harassed by the company. I want grievance at earliest other I have to suit against company for mental harassing me, making fraud against me, cheating me and so on.
