I have ordered two products from Meesho on 7 th July one was lehnga worth 1115 with order I’d #1869393771 and another was gown dress worth 945 with order I’d #1264666787. Both got delivered but gown was soo small and lehnga was totally different from what they showed in catalogue . So I initiated return no one went for pickup and they cancelled return of gown on 20th July without any attempt . On 20 th July I requested for return of lehnga also but it has been 4 days they have still not initiated return for lehnga but as per their policy It should be done in 24 hrs. Now they have closed their email support , they closed their previous number after being reported as scam as now their new number is hardly reachable if by luck it got connected then customer support team put call on hole for 15-20 mins then say wait for 48 hrs will resolve. Overall it’s a fraud app their is no access to owner , no resolution nothing only excuses and frauds . Please expose the Vidit Aatrey and his fraud and help me and others to get money back which he have scammed. Thank you . Will hope for justice ??
