I have subscribe ID 1248537621 for Tata Sky dish tv. I started annual subscription on 7th Nov’19 by paying INR 2316. Since Dec’19 billing they started deducting Rs. 60 p.m. for Tata sky Dance Studio 5DF channel which was either free channel or not subscribed by me. Due to this unfair deduction my pack finished on 18th Aug’20(2.5 months prior) and they stopped broadcast. They are calling to pay Rs 330 p.m. to start subscription. I raised online complaint 2B1P7QES on 20th Aug’20, so far unanswered. Bill after April’20 neither emailed or available on their website to see about deductions.
I want this wrong and self proclaimed deduction credited back to my account and start my broadcast without any delay and apply penalty on broadcasting company for discomfort paused to my parents during COVID19 to my elder parents & for unfair means of running business. If any customer is making annual subscription why he has to check daily or monthly about deductions, it must continue till expiry.
Below deduction started from Dec’19 onward, same was not done in Nov’19 for first month of subscription.
