Paytm deducted Rs. 349/- from my wallet for recharing of Jio mobile on 3-10-19, where as I never recharged any mobile from paytm nor any message received regarding recharge neither paytm history shows any recharge. The payment of RS. 349/- shown as deducted vide ID – BR000BDZJBF. I raised an query on PAYTM portal with reference 141663708 on the same day and got message that matter is serious needs time to investigate but they didn’t respond till now despite my repeated requests witch is very sorry state of affairs. It seems that paytm has deducted amount from my account knowingly so it is why they are not responding to my query. I asked them to tell me what is the other authority where I can complaint and asked whether any Govt. regulator where I can complaint but they never responded. Please do the needful to get refund of RS 349/- from paytm Thanks Naresh Kumar Bansal my registered mobile with Paytm is 7986136066

Complaint not resolved yet almost one month elapsed. Paytm are not sincere to resolve complaint. It is very sad that they don’t even responded to complaint on their app for one month very poor service. It seems they have deducted amount knowingly it is why they are not responding to complaint.
