Text of Complaint by Monika:

I am using vodafone postpaid from last 18 years and this time its worst dealing with corporate care. “care” word should be removed as they don’t care at all they are not bothered to reply or call or look into the matter. I was traveling to singapore and asked for basic roaming pack activation which didn’t happen same day, kept following up relationship manager but had no service for one whole day, suddenly the service got activated and downloaded few whatsapp messages within few seconds and gave me no time to switch off mobile data service. For those few messages i was charged 1100 rs. Which is too much and all that happened at the time of activating services. Throughout my trip i didn’t use mobile data, one can check records. I kept writing to corporate care but all i get in back is messages to contact me shortly and resolve it but none has called up.

 

After many followups, I received a call at 1:31 pm on 9th March from no. 172-7120203 from Chandigarh corporate care on 9811514307 wherein a lady discussed issue with me for near about 10 min and I asked her to send me an email regarding the conversation and concession she offered but to my surprise she had not recorded any log in the system regarding the call, no wonder I didn’t recieve mail from her she was just trying to get rid of the call without making it official that’s how their system works and process is followed. No body knows what’s happening with customers.
