Text of Complaint by SANJEEV KUMAR:

Hi Team,

I’m SANJEEV KUMAR with 9396666543 using Vodafone connection from past one year.
I wanted to port to Airtel in order get more offers and 4G services and requested Airtel to do that by giving them the port number on 5.Jan.2018. I got many calls from Vodafone to retain me back but I said I’m not interested.
But on 8.Jan.2018. One of your executive has activated 49 pack which gives 200 SMS without letting me know of it as I’m already in 499 pack which has 3000 SMS for me.
On 9th I went to Airtel to know the status of my port but they said there is some issue from Vodafone and got rejected .then i called Vodafone support and got to know that due to the activation of 49rs pack my portability has been stopped.
Then I spoke with the floor manager Mr. Altaf, He just gave me the empathy statements and said they have taken a complaint and someone will call and help me.
After couple of days, I got a call from Vodafone backend Supervisor name, Mr. Guru Prasad from (8297353929)and he tried to retain back as same as the Supervisor and he promised me that on 26thJan2018. Vodafone will launch 4G so requested me to wait to avail the service also he has waived the January month rental.
But that was a false commitment to the customer from Vodafone supervisor that the 4G will b start from 26thJan2018. But it did not happened and also he has moved my plan from 499 to 699 without even letting me.
To retain a customer Vodafone has cheated a Customer and I’m going to file a complaint with the consumer forum with all the call recording from the Supervisor of Vodafone who has spoke with me.
This is fraud from Vodafone and before i post this fraud on Social media.
I hope someone will get in to this and solve this for me.
Thanks in advance,
SANJEEV KUMAR
