My sister has ordered for a Wireless portable Electric crusher through online from Shopper Grace at Rs 999.00 on Dec 13, 2022 .Delivery was done within few days with COD and cash was collected by Blue Dart rep. The item was covered with Amazone Tag. When we checked the item, it was different from what was ordered. And it was not working. Moreover we traced the same item being sold through Amazone at Rs 399.
Their address was stated as : 16,2 nd floor,Dubash Building, Tribhuvan Road, Off Lamington Road,Girgaon. E mail id : shoppergrace@gmail.com. Phone : +91 7064137081. When we tried to contact the number it states – incoming not available now , will get active , once recharged.
Also saw many similar complaints regarding this person.
I have ordered Wireless Portable Electric Crusher from Shopper grace through
online on 27/12/22 and recd delivery through blue d’art on 31/12/22. Payment mode was cod. But the material what I recd was in amazon wrapped box and the product is different then what shown on website. The quality of the product is also cheap and faulty.
