As i am using your platform since last july 2022 for accepting payment from Paytm postpaid and my MDR was Free and there was no charges deducted for that but this month of May 2023 now it shows MDR charges is 1.99 % + GST and i am agree to pay but when i did accept payment this month ( May 1st 2023) of Rs. 25000 with Transaction id : 20230501011030000859753567794681209 after deducting MDR and GST shows
settled amount Rs. 24412.95 but you did sattle Rs. 19491.52 and also shows Rs. 4921.43 ( Trans. Id: 20230501010368597535725724999690961 ).
After talking to your customer service agent they told me Rs. 4921.43 has been deducted for MDR charges which was showing free to me earlier and also denied to write my complaint against it so i think it is wrong way of business when you are showing MDR is free and i did accept
payment about 9 months and now month of MAY 2023 you are deducting MRD charges for complete last 9 months or so .
So I would like to request you to write my complaint about it and refund my amount Rs. 4921.43 because on my previous transactions MDR was free.
