I am an old customer of the Dhani app, with registered mobile number 9916809016. And, I am facing a serious issue with this fruad Dhani App as I came to know that Dhani app is using various hidden terms and conditions which are unknown to many customers, thus many people (like me) are feeling cheated by this fraud Dhani app. I don’t know why this fraud dhani app is being advertised by sports and Bollywood stars all over the India.

Around 5-6 months back, I was repeatedly receiving many calls from the Dhani team, to activate the Dhani one freedom credit limit. But, many times I replied, I don’t need it as I don’t have any money problems. But, Dhani team member keeps on calling me repeatedly to activate the Dhani one freedom credit. Once a day, I received a call from your lady staff of the Dhani team and told me that Sir, you can activate the dhani one freedom credit limit, as we running many offers on it, you only need to pay the subscription charges if you use the credit limit, if you don’t use the credit limit then any need to pay any charges. (This information is already available with Dhani team in their recorded phone call). Then, I trusted the words of your lady staff of Dhani team and activated Dhani’s one freedom credit for one month only, paid the pending charges immediately before the due date. After that, I stopped using Dhani app as well as Dhani one freedom credit limit as I was no more interested in Dhani app services.

After 4 months, few days ago, I received the message that you have the pay the due amount of 1,430/- to use dhani one freedom credit further. I was surprised to see this message, as I already stopped dhani services (dhani app as well as dhani one freedom credit) 4 months ago, not used even single rupees from dhani one freedom credit for 4 months. Do they really believe that someone who has not used their services for 4 months, will pay you the charges of 295/- each for the last 4 months. This shows how smartly this dhani team is cheating with customers, God will not forgive these fraud people, bloody cheated people !!! Do they really believe that someone will trust their services next time? I am surprised now, how confidently the lady staff of the dhani team is providing wrong information on recorded phones and cheating with thousands of people every day when people started trusting on your words and services. There is nothing wrong to say that Dhani App is completely fraud, it should be blacklisted soon.

I request you kindly take strong action against this fraud Dhani app otherwise they will keep on cheating with other customers.
