I ordered poha from poha on wheels in Bangalore on 20th jan 2019 at 9:47 am…. they were showing live tracking on app that food is prepared then d person is about to deliver in 2 min 3 mins etc…. even after waiting for 1 hour i didn’t received my order when the delivery time it showed while ordering was 15-20 mins…
Then screen poped up saying ur order cannot be placed… sorry….
i didn’t received my order too… neither i canceld it… n my food was not there even after a wait of more than 1 hour…
Now when i am trying to place my new further order… to showing me a cancellation charge of rs 100…
Why would i give it if i have not canceld my order instead u didn’t provide me that order..
zomato is worst app to use i suggest… they cut wrong n false charges n provide worst services… do not try dis ever ??
