I ,Ajay Kr Dey ,have a Vodafone post paid RED basis connection number 8016841269 & Account Number : 166868056, want to state that last billing (invoice No: 20IWB02925787968 , Bill Period : 11.02.2019-28.02.2019) is provided wrong charges along with adding secondary number with my family plan .
I called customer help line @198 and Kolkata office regarding problems but no solution or assistance found.
Actually I Came to know that secondary number 7407270755 is not belong to my family or either known person and is added with my account by Vodafone Store ( Bardhaman-713101) where I purchased Vodafone Post Paid SIM and Activated . Mongal Singh ( Contact Number : 8001177776 ) added secondary number without my permission or asking /informing . He replied to adjusted billing but not done yet. Also I asked Customer support officer for help but they did not take any action against this problem.
Secondly, In billing I am charged rupees 101.25 /- for National SMS . As per e-BILL Totally 460 National SMS sent to two numbers are : 9800938662 & 9873991639 , both are unknown and 460 numbers of National SMS are not done behalf myself. Its purely wrong charges.
In totally : Secondary Number Monthly Charge : 138.83 + National SMS Charge : 101.25 = 240.08/- excluding Taxes are wrong charges .
I am requesting to adjustment my billing and take any hard action regarding Secondary number adding .
