Wrong billing Vodafone number 8551006484
My husband Brig Joshi and I were on your corporate plan since the last 6-7 years
My husband is a surgeon working in Malaysia , as faculty at the AIMST university since July 2019 and has been on the international roaming service of RS 149 basically to facilitate receiving text messages
He has a connection in Malaysia of a local company which he uses for data and calling .
FromJuly to September – October 2019 there were no issues regarding billing – you can check this from your records . However from October 2019 onwards he has been charged for data which he has not utilised. The daily data consumption shown is the same which is unusual if he was actually using the data .
He has taken up this issue with you via email and on line chats which are documented however nobody has really looked into the problem at your end .
he was even billed data charges after repeatedly asking you by email to deactivate international roaming and after taking the SIM card out of the handset .
I was in Malaysia in January and I have carried the SIM card back with me
I have also contacted the nearest Vodafone store to lodge a complaint .
Since I am also a doctor who is busy through the day and have been traveling extensively for work I would be grateful if you could expedite the matter and ensure that he is not billed unjustly .
I would be grateful if you could deduct the extra roaming charges billed for data which was never used so that I could pay the remaining charges
