I have been using Vodafone post paid connection since last 6 years.I had gone to Dubai in December and forgotten to activate the international roaming pack in my post paid connection so I was billed Rs 10,000 following which my internet and call services were cut off.I have paid the full amount of the bill yet I am being charged again for Rs 5000 for internet services for that duration even though these services had been stopped by your network and I could not use them.
Since the last 2 months I have repeatedly called your customer care services but none of them are solving the problem.
please look into the matter immediately otherwise I will be forced to port to another connection with better services.
