Respected Sir or Maám,
We are corporate customer of vodafone and our a/c # is 8.11635084 / Relationship # 109419978
Since 15 days we have been writing to Vodafone on following emails ids..,
[email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
however there has been no response.
Against our vodafone # 9820146320, we had taken international roaming package @ 3500/- for 10 days.. As per the mail and information given by them once the package is over Roaming will be de-activated.
While i already paid for the package, again in the last bill they have charged 5000/- towards roaming for which we have been writing and even called corporate customer care but non of them even trying to understand forget giving the way out.
Meanwhile they blocked my outgoing (almost 15 days back) saying the credit limit is over whereas when we email or write their customer care not doing anything to resolve the issue.
