I HAD AVAILED AN INTL PACKAGE 5000/- MONTHLY. NO DISCONNECTION OF THIS PACKAGE WAS INFORMED TO YOU AT THE CORRECT TIME. SO I USED IT FROM 10.30PM TO 10.50PM. AT 10.50PM I GOT THE DISCONNECTION MESSAGE, SO AFTER THAT I DIDN’T USE IT. BUT ACCORDING TO VODAFONE,THEY DISCONNECTED IT 10.30PM AND SO FOR THE USAGE UPTO 10.50PM, THEY CHARGED AN AMOUNT OF 5013/-. I WANT THE REVERSAL OF THIS AMOUNT AS I GOT THE MESSAGE AT 10.50PM ONLY. I MAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITH ALL THE DETAILS,BUT VODAFONE NOT READY TO HEAR ANYTHING EVEN THE APPELLATE. I HAVE ALL THE MESSAGES WITH ME. EVEN AFTER THE RESPONSE FROM VODAFONE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING.
