Text of Complaint by Vikas Goyal:

Hi,

I have just talked with one of the executive, Saransh Tiwari, and got the information about my recent bill(for the momth of July) of my postpaid mobile number  8791222333. He was unable to provide me the details of my usage which has been charged from me. Why is that?
When i didn’t have used any kind of extra service why it has been charged and in case if they had charged me then they should provide me the details for that.
That is an extra and illegal charge levied on me without my consent. I want the waiver for that one.  Even I’m not happy with the services from past months i’ve already made the complaint about that also many times instead of providing me the solution for that these guys are making extra money by this means. Kindly take the needful action against this as soon as possible meanwhile I’m moving to another carrier because I’m really frustrated now with the services provided by Vodafone.
