Text of Complaint by Makwana Jignesh:

due to poor service I ported out from VI and paid my bill in advance but they started a new service on the next day I submitted the documents to other service provider and charged me for the service they had started by their own without my knowledge I had complained for the same to VI (Complaint no. : C004-126425106754) and also requested to deactivate the service but still they bill me the amount for the service I had not requested to stop my service with current service provider, requested to do the needful and I want compensation for full year of suffering, and paying full bill payment for poor service like call drop, not network signal, transection decline due to delayed in receiving OTP. provided by VI and no improvement in service in spite of numerous complaint to customer care VI.
