I have purchased earphones set by just corseca plum from Just Corseca company website on 26.12.2021 by using CRED Voucher and received my order on 01.01.2022. The order Id is 23435. However, I observe that charging case is not charging. I have tried a lot to charge it, I use it with different charger adapter but charging is done only upto 60% and earbuds battery drained immediately within 2 minute. Hence clearly indicating that it is an issue with the earbuds. The sole reason for going for just corseca company for the damage quality of earbuds. This issue has hampered my experience.
Could you please deep dive into the issue and let me know the reason for this problem. I must say, I am utterly disappointed with this kind of quality being delivered to me. I had chosen Just Corseca due to its on-time delivery and a class apart quality. But this issue has quite disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product. This company are making fools to customers.
