I have been charged Amazon Prime subscription in the month of March 2021, I called customer care & update them that I am not using amazon prime then they remove the charge & I pay the bill. Moreover, I was not getting data. I visited the showroom Near Jyoti Chowk, near Vmart with this complaint they updated to change the sim with a new sim. i have requested them to change the sim but they are not having the stock. Against I visited the showroom after 3 days, again they said sim stock is not available. It is surprising a mobile office is operating without a sim card. Then I Swap my number. After a few days, I saw my mobile is showing a bill pendency of rs. 2077, I again call at VI customer care & discussed with Mr. Himanshu, They suggested paying my regular part of the bill Rs. 577 & another part of Rs. 1500 which is against Amazon Prime they will waive off. I paid the bill, However, till date Amazon Prime bill part is showing pending which I have not used. Please arrange the waiver of the same.
