Sir am manikanta bommanamaina, please file a complaint aganist RBL credit card department because last month03/05/2022 am ordered a mattress on Amazon online shopping using RBL credit card and convert to emi but matterrs was not fit for my bed that’s y am returned back it and then Amazon reverse the amount on 23/05/2022, but RBL starts the game here am called the RBL customer care about reverse amount they said Amazon money reversed but u r emi amount not coming back to u emi money settled for u r 11302.02 rs it over and u have due 1000rs remaing plz pay for next month tjey said RBL customer care every amount on RBL bank
