I purchased ADIDAS Men Grey Sports Sandals from Flipkart.com on 14th March 2023 and my Order ID – OD327565311523221100 but unfortunately, I got the wrong one and used the product. And I have complained about this 4 to 5 times on the phone call to your customer care executive but the concern is not yet resolved. It’s been more than one month since I complained about the issue, and Flipkart has not taken the issue seriously. I got the product on 18th March 2023 and within 5 minutes I placed the return but till now no one came for pickup and only the dates for pickup keep on changing. And at last, Flipkart canceled my return and now I got a call from Flipkart that they can’t return the product saying that they have sent the wrong product.
This was not expected from Flipkart. I am from a middle-class family and its my hard earned money that has been looted from Flipkart. Their customer care executive doesn’t have the answer to why the product’s return has been canceled.
