Text of Complaint by Pravat Kumar Panda:

I have received a wrong and uncooked item from the Restaurant. I just informed to zomato that the restaurant cheats me and send wrong and uncooked item to me and charged me full amount of the item. But, zomato cant responding me and ignore to refund my whole amount. I asures them to raise a complaint against them at National Consumer Helpline, but they doesnot care about my consern. So I request you to go into deep to this matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.
