Dear Sir/Madam,
We had ordered a Bluetooth speaker along with headphones as mentioned in the advertisement by frillmobile on 07.03.19 and we got the product delivered on 12.03.19.
When we opened the seal we saw a cheap company speaker (not Bluetooth speaker) that too it is not functioning. Now as per advertisement ‘Bose’ company Bluetooth speaker along with headphones and we received cheap substandard speakers that to non functional.
The contact number provided in courier is not working and email id provided in website does not exist.
Now whoever is doing this is a big fraud and a disgrace to online marketing.
Please help me to sue “Frillmobille”.
I have provided the advertisement in the attachment as compared to what we actually received.
