I have been a very old customer of Airtel who now is having mobile phone network + Landline and WiFi connection and Airtel Digital service at home.
- Mobile phone charges are high and network issue most of the time and areas in NCR.
- Landline and WiFi connection is very poor. Sometime doesn’t download/upload anything. I have to switch the connection to my JIO number most of the times.
- Airtel Digital is also not less. I was told that a new set top box (with android feature) is launched and is very good. I invested the money onto it. Forget about the mirroring my mobile phone or using youtube or netflix/amazon prime etc for that matter, i am not able to view normal HD channels too.
All the services and pathetic. Customer service people are also worthless and not able to handle the queries. For every issue they say service engineer will visit. Timing of their visit is also after 9 and before 6 as if they are govt employee. So, if i have invested heavily on these things and want to enjoy these services, i will have to take leave from office and attend service engineer.
I would rather request you to please pick up all the garbage (your set top bos/router/etc) from my residence. I will port my mobile phone too to some good and reasonable service provider.
