Text of Complaint by Pradeep Rai:

Have ordered Giordano brand watch vide Order Number: 407-3532748-7305159 Order Date: 26.10.2022 which delivered on 1/11/22 . Return request made on 08/11/22 . company accepted return on 09/11/22 but not completed return.
Now company stating that return can not be arranged as return
window was alive till 11/11.

Watch has 3 major concern .
1. Watch is non operative/defective.
2. Watch has 3 subdial and 1 subdial is dummy . Company/ seller has not given subject information on their page .
3. Photos of watch is different uploaded on web page and watch received.
Have given sufficient information to company and their team . I also made comment on their web page with lower rating and lower grading for their delivered product . But no one approached for any solution and assistance.

Am surprised how company actually running their business.
If their cs desk is not operational or responding to request of clients.
On being follow up and made more than five attempts Amazon team started acting.

Now As per latest messages they’re investigating till 18 /11 and will update me on 19/11.
But why i should keep a defective and different product.

Have attached video of non operative watch.
Need refund or alternate product in month time .
