I had ordered a Pink kanjeevaram saree from Malharee saree https://malharee.com/collections/sale/products/marvellous-white-pink-colored-kanchivaram-silk-saree-k1036t, instead i received a very cheap saree from them. The order was COD and we had to pay the delivery agent immediately.
After discovering that a wrong & cheap product was send, i tried to contact the given number on call multiple times, but no one answered. Hence I dropped them a mail & whats app on the given number but all in vain. Later i discovered that I am not the only one who has been cheated and there are multiple people who have been cheated. Hence raising a complain to stop such malpractice and get our hard earned money back.
They are using blue dart as delivery agents I am trying to locate the location of the sender from Blue dart but not received any success yet.
Kindly look in this matter at the earliest
