Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Ordering
The issue that I have experienced was: We had placed an order with swiggy from restaurant ” KFC” 1 items. Wednesday Bucket x 1
Still restaurant has not confirmed the order within 3mins it is cancelled to order one more item with same order but swiggy charged whole amount has cancellation fee with amount 691rs
When we raised complaint, and sent an email they only have not refunded anything swiggy is least bothered about the issue, But they are not refunding amount
