This happen with me 2nd time. I had ordered from Meesho. After confirmation of order I came to know my shipping partner Elastic.run – Libera Shipping platform. I was order the product 2nd Jan and order confirmed 3rd Jan.

Here You can see Shipment Delivered 10-January-2023 05:02 PM. But unfortunately till now I am not received my product. Not received any phone calls from delivery boy, not verify any OTP.
When I am going for complain to Meesho Customer care, they said they can’t help me because within 48 hours of delivery they get complain.
Without any phone calls or OTP verification how could I know that my product was delivered?
My reseller ask me about product today near about 7pm. That time I came to know about delivery.
Here is my question without any phone calls, without any OTP how they delivered my product???
I wants refund my money
