Hii team,
I want to inform you that I booked a room through OYO on 20th of Aug from 21st to 23rd aug at hotel seven wonders lucknow with Booking ID C6DR3987. During hotel booking I paid amount of Rs 1829 in advance. in booking site address of hotel was something different with actual address and difference between both address were around 4km .After facial these distance issues i reached hotel but at reception receptionist demand me another Rs 571 for staying at hotel and confirm me that there is no any discount in our hotel .I also connect to Oyo customer care for taking better option but he suggest me to move another hotel it was around 2KM and suggested hotel rating was 01 .In rainy day I was unable to move so finally i paid extra amount and check in at hotel seven wonders in Hussain Ganj.Hotel service was worst,lack of trend staff,worst room ,dirty bedsheet & pillow.After making complaint they shifted in another room but in that room floor was watery.Towel were not available due to their loundry problem.
Finally i checked out on 23rd of aug in early morning.
From booking to till date I did not recieve any invoice from Oyo side.from last three days with several follow up i received invoice without GST but I had requested invoice with GST.
During this period I felt physically and mentally harassment .
Till the time I didn’t get proper resolution from Oyo side.

I need refund of my booking amount
