Hi Team,
I have ordered veg noodles and Chilli Potatao from Swiggy on Thursday but I received very oily in which oil was just flowing in a plate and that too was full of smell and couldn’t eat. I had raised a complaint immediately but they said they’ll investigate it further and closed the case.
I repeatedly ask them to refund me amount and call me to discuss further on this case but no one called and same email everytime and then even stopped replying.
This is really pathetic service provided by them and disappointed and I ordered alot from Swiggy and receive such kind of response from their support team.
